Training for Help Points, London, w/c 4th March 2019 This course has been developed both for existing Help Points, and those interested in setting one up. Participants will learn more about Playlist for Life, so they can further support the people in their area to use personal music. London, w/c 4th March 2019 Date: TBC Time: 10am-3.30pm (registration and tea/coffee from 9.45am) Location: TBC Who should attend? Existing Help Point volunteers who want to develop their skills and knowledge, so they can provide better support and activities in their area. Places are also available for organisations interested in becoming a Help Point. What will I learn? By the end of the day’s course participants will: Have learned and practised ‘Music Detective’ skills to find the right music for an individual Explore different ways of playing the music Have started to think about potential links with care homes and volunteers If you are unable to attend this course, please contact us to register your interest and let us know your location so that we can take this into consideration when planning future dates.
