We are currently undertaking some pilot projects in Aberdeenshire and Sheffield to test how quickly we can establish our Help Point Networks in these areas with dedicated “feet on the ground”.

Leading this effort in Aberdeen are Sally Lawton and Yvonne Ouston, while Carrie Twist will be our key lead in the Sheffield area. We’re delighted to welcome them on board!

Please support them if they get in touch and look out for them in your area.

Meanwhile, on the Isle of Wight, Dementia Pathfinders will be working with Playlist for Life to support local residents create and use playlists of personal music.

Over the next four/five months, we are working together to raise awareness of the power of playlists and establish Help Points in existing community organisations so that trained volunteers can help anyone who gets stuck making and using their own playlist.

All training and materials are going to be provided free by Playlist for Life and Dementia Pathfinders.
