Help Point Project Evaluation 2026

Thank you for engaging with Playlist for Life’s Help Point Enhancement Project over the past year. It has been a pleasure working with you all and getting to know your services better! The learning from this project will help us improve our support for other partners in the wider Help Point network.

Feedback from our Help Point network also helps us celebrate partners’ successes and show funders the difference personalised music makes. By completing this form, you’ll be helping us improve our approach and secure future funding to continue this work. Thank you for your time and support.

Feedback gathered will be shared with funders and, with consent, quotes may be used on the Playlist for Life website or social media channels.

Throughout the form we will ask you to share numbers of people you have reached. If you are unsure of the numbers then please give an estimate. For formatting reasons, throughout this form we may refer to ‘Playlist for Life’ as ‘PfL’.

If you have any difficulties filling out this form or would prefer to share your feedback over the phone, please contact the communities team on communities@playlistforlife.org.uk
