Whether it’s the music from your youth or tunes that remind you of friends and family, lullabies from childhood or a theme tune from a favourite TV show, music has the ability to take us back in time and remind us of our past, giving you that flashback feeling.

The soundtrack to Inverclyde is part of a project funded by the Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund supporting Playlist for Life to build connections with community groups and organisations and help them share the benefits of personal music with the people they support in your community.
